Technical Support:
For any technical questions about our products, including software drivers, hardware, system malfunctions, and general technical support, please contact our systems specialist directly .

Repair/Return Policy:
If you experience system malfunctions, please contact our customer service department with details about the issue. Please provide your contact details, product model and serial number, and details about the malfunction. Our support specialist will review the problem and work with you to provide the best repair or replacement options. We may issue an RMA number for the product return if necessary. There are no charges for parts or labor for warranty repairs, we do not cover shipping charges for the return. For non-warranty repairs, we will provide a repair cost quote.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with our product or it does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of the original ship date. The product must be returned in its original packing in new condition to qualify for a full refund; otherwise, restocking charges may apply. Final decisions on refunds and credits are at the discretion of SUNGPO.

Test or Evaluation Orders:
We do not accept evaluation orders or provide demonstration units. However, if you want to test a unit before confirming the purchase, please place a standard order. If the product does not meet your requirements, you can return it for a full credit within 2-3 weeks, provided it is in new and working condition in its original package.

Warranty:
